He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rivas and Alicia Rivas (Blancarte); and his daughter-in-law Theresa. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Rivas of Kenosha; and his children, Lynn Rodriguez (Paul), Adrienne Anderson (Roy), Diane Perdue (Libby Marsh) and Richard A. Rivas of Kenosha. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
