He is survived by: his father Emil Koslica of Lily Lake, WI; his son Nicholas Koslica (Krista) of Friendship, WI; and his brothers, Craig Koslica (Deanie) of Jacksonville, FL and Rich Koslica (Michele) of Kenosha, WI. He is also survived by his 3 grandchildren.
