It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert E. McGinley in Kenosha, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McGinley and Florence McGinley (Fleming); his parents-in-law, Stephen Slazes and Julia Slazes; his brother Jim; his siblings-in-law, Bill McCoy, Ray Fraid, Chancy McGinley and Julie Fraid; and his nieces, Carol Dyutka, Christina Dale and Kim Dams.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Slazes; his daughters, Kathleen Carney (Tim), Patricia Dolnik (John) and Mary Albrecht (Mark); his grandchildren, Tim Carney (Shelby), Bridget Hendzel (Dalton), Colleen Gordon (Ben), Michael, Matthew, Ryan Dolnik, Grace, Claire, Chloe Albrecht and James McGinley Carney; and his sister Patricia McCoy of Prairie du Chien. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews and several godchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (2224 30th Ave, Kenosha, WI 53144). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
