He is survived by: his wife Carol Fields; his sister Phyllis Brimer (RV); his children, Lori Roberts (Kenny), Janie Fields, Steve Fields (Karmen), Randy Fields (Erika), Lynn Ivy, Tina Vice (Frank) and Jennifer Fields (Wes); his grandchildren, Shaina Roberts (Brandon), Skylar Roberts, Houston Bibbs (Whitney), Kyle Fields (Becca), Julian Fields, Sophia Fields, Amelia Fields, Jessica Massey, Brandy Massey, Randall Fields, Edge Ivy, Luke Ivy, Cole Vice, Anthony Sallese (Chelsea), Sarah Sallese (Dan), Mitch Braver (Allison), Kevin Ayala Thomas (Miranda) and Ellie Fude; and his nephew Tod Fields of Plano, Texas..
