He was predeceased by: his parents, John Muth and Lydia Muth (Jansen); his son James Allen Muth; and his siblings, Joan and Jerry.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Gresser; his daughter Karen Ann Borsheim (Curt); his grandchildren, Kyle Borsheim (Kim), Dr. Kirsten Borsheim (Eric Brown), Andrew Borsheim and Allison Borsheim; his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Aiden Borsheim; and his caregiver Kelly.
