It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Otterness-Elder III of Kenosha, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 19, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Tristen J Elder; his grandmother Judy Tate (Elton); his great-grandparent Dowell Kelley (Gertrude); his uncles, Patrick Lapoint, Charles and Timothy Tate; his grandmother Carol A Lambert; and his great-aunts, Virginia Springer, Margaret Chamblee, Shirley Hall, Patricia Chamblee, Vivian Farmer and Johnnie Epperson.

He is survived by: his daughter Bailee Elder; his parents, Cynthia Lambert (Shawn) and Robert D. Elder Jr.; and his siblings, John Lambert (Kristie), Derek Lambert (Felicia), Melissa Elmore (Quintez), Cassandra Mooney (Charles), Brian Elder, Angela Simpson (Ta), Jacob Elder (Katrina), Lauren Porras, Adam Elder and Victoria Lambert. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
