He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen Reed. He is survived by: his children, Shari Farwell and Michael Frederick (Leigh Frederick); his grandchildren, Lauren Sanchez (Jeremy Sanchez), Haley Frederick and Katrina Frederick; and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Jeremy Jr. and Jenica Sanchez.
