He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hoffmann and Emily Hoffmann (Wettreau). He is survived by: his sons, Douglas "Doug" Hoffmann of Kenosha, WI and Jody Hoffmann (Elberta) of Kenosha, WI; his grandchildren, Emily and Evan Hoffmann; and his siblings, Sally Beckendorf and Bob Hoffmann.
