He was predeceased by : his parents, Otto Hanzalik and Anita Hanzalik (Casperson); and his parents-in-law, Earl and Mary Meyer. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Hanzalik (Meyer); his children, Cameron Hanzalik of Pleasant Prairie and Carrie Kruzycki (Michael) of Kenosha; his granddaughter Faith Kruzycki; and his brothers, John Hanzalik (Lacinda) of Kenosha and Reid Hanzalik (Peg) of Crestwood. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
