As Scott Robert departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Scott Robert may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Scott Robert leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Paul and Dorothy Marie; and his half-sister Mary Loke. He is survived by: his wife Shelia M. Laybourn; his siblings, Leah Milligan and Lance Laybourn (Kathleen); and his children, Brianna and Brannon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
