She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Geissner and Donette Geissner (Meissner); her husband Keith Mentink; her sisters, Carol Denoto and Sandra Geissner; her siblings-in-law, Patricia Mentink, Kathy Mentink-Gibson, Cas Denoto, Frank Aiello and Daniel Mentink; and her adoptive son Allen Bullamore.

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Anderson (Tim), Amy Slechta (Michael) of Burlington, WI and Andrew Mentink of Kenosha; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Anderson (Nate), Cameron Anderson, Nicholas Slechta and Zachary Slechta; her siblings, Donna Zemke (Earl), Janice Aiello, Lois Engel (Ed) and James Geissner (Kathy); and her brother-in-law Craig Mentink (Mary). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
