She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Kalnicky and Anna C. Kalnicky (Gombar). She is survived by: her husband James F. Kotrba, Jr.; her stepgrandchildren, Kiani, Macario, Martina and Mariano Kotrba; and her uncle Jacob Gombar (Kenosha). She is also survived by cousins and other family members.
