He is survived by: his wife Mickey; his children, Michael Blaziewske, Mark Blaziewske (Jillian), Matthew Blaziewske (Anna), Andrea Blaziewske and Gina Ambrosini (Tony); his siblings, Diana Parent and Tim Blaziewske (Janet); his grandchildren, Brycen, Tyler, Leah, Janelle, Mac, Dominic and Vinny; and his parents-in-law, Frank and Shirley Miletta.
