He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Comstock and Nellie Comstock (Stevens); his parents-in-law, Edward and Marie Brummund; his siblings, Howard, Harvey, Brian Comstock, Edith Freeman, Charlotte Cartwright and Lila Rose; and his in-laws, George Rose, Ed Freeman, Edwin Brummund, Lois Comstock, Dawn Comstock, Dorothy Comstock, Janice, Kenneth Turner and Joan Comstock.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Brummund; his children, Allen Comstock (Kristal), Christine Sadowski (Alex), Martin Comstock (Karlinda) and Elizabeth Shatkins (Daniel); his grandchildren, Rachael Comstock (Bamm Price), Michael Shatkins (Tina), Samantha Berezowitz (Justin), Jacob Comstock (Valerie Lynn), Amanda Premo (Geoff), Heather Shatkins (Michael VanVleet), Luke Comstock (Becca) and Natalie Shatkins (Mickenzie Kennedy); his great grandchildren, Ciara Woods, Dionte "JuJu" Dolly Jr., Khalil, Violet Dolly, Sylis, Elijah, Lincoln Shatkins, Nathaniel, Lillian, Miriam Premo, Bennett and Ashton Comstock; his siblings, Shirley Engelstad (Ron) and Steve Comstock (Janice); and his in-laws, Arlene Schmidt, Lila Brummund, Susie Paulson (Cy), Steve Brummond (Peggy) and Jacqueline Brummund. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
