She was predeceased by: her grandmother Kenosha; her parents, Reuben Lebsack and Alvina Lebsack (Reider); her husband Wayne James Perkins; and her brother Jon Lebsack.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Wendt (Edward) of Ridgewood, NJ; her grandchildren, Taylor Wendt of Portugal and Sydney Jha (Aviral); her son Richard Perkins (Michelle) of Paddock Lake, WI; her grandchildren, Brooke Rehberg and Zachary Perkins; her daughter Diane Thompson (Gregg) of Somers, WI; her grandchildren, Michael Thompson, Christina Olson (Jeffrey), Eric Thompson, Elena Thompson (Phung) and Elizabeth Brotherton (Ray); her great grandchildren, Mason, Weston, Jaxson Perkins, Ryder, Ruby Olson, Emrik and Camilla Brotherton; and her sister Maryann Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Kingdom Hall would be appreciated by the family.
