He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry G. Jacobsma and Jeanette G. Jacobsma (Boersma); and his brothers, Hank and Chuck Jacobsma. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Kay Cartwright; his daughters, Lana Schimian and Lisa Obermeyer (Matthew); his grandchildren, Joseph, Sydney, Dylan and Maya; and his brothers, Ed (Mary) and Ken Jacobsma.
