Though Willard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Willard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Luke and Myrtle Osborne (Boucher); and his brothers, Leonard and Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Joan Osborne of Kenosha; his daughters, Barbara Osborne (Michael Milazzo) of Cary, NC, Janet Osborne (Sara Walters) of Roanoke, VA and Kris Osborne (Kenny Antcliff) of Kenosha; and his grandsons, Stephen Bickford of Cary, NC. and Cristian Milazzo of Cary, NC..
