He is survived by: his wife Frances Dase of Kenosha; his children, Adelle Bushman (Eugene Robillard) of Kenosha and Theodore Kerkman (Lisa) of Pleasant Prairie; his grandchildren, Morgan Picolo, Amber Stapelfeldt (Brett) and Amanda Hetchler (Matt); his great grandchild Wesley Stapelfeldt; and his brother Herbert Dase (Herb) of Washington.
