Joyce Pamanet Obituary
Joyce Dyan "Honey Love" "Bitty Fatso" Pamanet, age 17 months, passed on to the Spirit World on Monday, July 23, 2012. Born on January 21, 2011 in Shawano, she was the infant daughter of Marena F. Pamanet and Mashaquit Waupekenay both of Keshena. Joyce loved her favorite teddy bears as well as taking walks with her parents and big brother.
She was especially loved and adored by everyone close to her and they will all miss her cute, loving, smiley face. Joyce is survived by: her parents; her sister, Katie Josephine Mahkimetas; her brother, Lumar Anton Mahkimetas; paternal grandmother, Jane (James) Pamanet of Keshena; paternal grandfather, Steven E. (Kathleen) Waupekenay, Sr. of Neopit; along with her aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
Joyce was preceded in death by: her grandfather, Ricki Allen Mack, Sr.; grandmother, Dyan M. Kaquatosh; great-grandparents, Howard and Regina "Jeanie Bug" Mack, Sr., and Paul and Elsie Pamanet. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, July 26, 2012 at the ST. Anthony's Catholic Church in Neopit with the Rev. David McElroy officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Peggy Pamanet residence located at N582 Burnett Lane in Keshena after 3pm on Tuesday until the procession leaves for the church on Thursday. Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano is assisting the family with the arrangements.
