We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Patricia Ann Heaslip of Kewaskum, Wisconsin, born in Appleton, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband John C. Heaslip; her stepmother Maybell Bastian; her son-in-law Jerimiah Roehl; and her sister-in-law Donna Bastian. She is survived by : her siblings, Cindy Johnson (Jerome), Shirley Horn, Donald Bastian (Felice) and Ronald Marshall.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Heartland Hospice, in honor of their exceptional care.
