It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn A. Berkovitz of Kewaunee, Wisconsin, born in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Wotachek and Anna Wotachek (Dybel); her husband Roland Berkovitz; her son Mark Berkovitz; her siblings, Eugene Wotachek and Henrietta Krysak (Edward); her parents-in-law, Roy and Marie Berkovitz; and her siblings-in-law, James Berkovitz and Shirley Detampel (Don).
She is survived by : her children, Susan Colle of Saddlebrooke, AZ, Terry Berkovitz (Mary) of Sheboygan, WI, Nancy Strand (Lynn) of Saddlebrooke, AZ, Wayne Berkovitz of Green Bay, WI, Craig Berkovitz of Green Bay, WI and Melissa Schawel (Cary) of Crystal Lake, IL; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Wotachek of Kewaunee, WI and Germaine Berkovitz of Manitowoc, WI. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family will be donating memorial contributions to Evelyn's favorite charities.
