He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Schroeder and Charlotte Schroeder (Amweg); his siblings, Bill Schroeder, Vivian Fero (Annie) and Mary Mueller; and his in-laws, Harry, Theresa Chappa, Yvonne Van Dyke (Richard), Lucille Reetz (Leonard), Lawrence Chappa, Patricia Chappa and Duane Harger.
He is survived by: his siblings, David Schroeder (Donna), Gary Schroeder and Barbara Butzlaff (Robert); his in-laws, Robert Chappa (Jan), Marge Van Handel (Don) and Betty Harger; his children, Chris Schroeder (Dawn), Betsy Burkhart (Jeff), Jim Schroeder (Joy Lynn) and Geralyn Yu (David); his grandchildren, Amy Lauder (Chris), Kimberly Nimmer (Jason), Kelly Dahlke (Chris), Alex, Katey Burkhart (Jack McAloon), Emily Russo (Logan), Hannah, Carolyn, Chloe Schroeder, Elijah, Naomi and Samuel Yu; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Johann Lauder, Trevor, Gavin Nimmer, Levi and Iyla Dahlke.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kinnard Funeral & Cremation Services - Kewaunee (1425 Ellis St, Kewaunee, WI 54216). A prayer will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
