He is survived by: his wife Annette Kaye; his children, Michelle Dax (Brian), Teresa Bortolini (Scott), SuAnn Detampel (Doug), Lori Kleiman (Brian) and Brian Teske (Kathy); his grandchildren, Aubree, Rachel, Sara Dax (Max Hanrahan), Tanor (Sydney Zimmerman), Toni, Blake Bortolini, Morgan Detampel, Max, Luke Kleiman, Tyler, Mason, Hailey, Owen Teske, Alex, Arianna, Avery (Kendra) and Amaree Lyons; his great grandchildren, Nora and Henry Lyons; and his siblings-in-law, John Kaye (LuAnne) and Diane Pyan (Ty). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Glenn's name.
