She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Mesiar and Francis Mesiar (Horvat); her husband Jack (Jack); her children, Michelle, Elizabeth and Bruce Peterson; and her siblings, John, George, Chuck, Andrew, Mary Gallick, Irene Ballinger, Anne Honey, Valerie O'Such, Francis Mesiar, Elizabeth Marshal and Sophie Washburn.

She is survived by: her children, Roberta Peterson (Thomas Sprowls) and John E. Peterson, Jr. (Mary Beth); and her grandchildren, William Peterson, Madeline and Joseph Sprowls.
