He is survived by: his significant other Sally Berner; his sons, Jeff Franklin of Boulder, CO and Dr. Bryan Franklin (Alexandria Guth) of Houghton, MI; the mother of his children LeAnna Franklin; his sisters, Barbara Lenz (Dale) and Marilyn Rambo; and his pet Rose. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
