She is survived by: her son Jason Lax (Kayla); her grandsons, Bryson and Paxton Lax; her brother Dennis Salzman (Rochelle); and her sister-in-law Arlene Blatz (Mary Sipe). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
