She is survived by: her husband Melvin Waack; her daughters, Bonnie, Lisa, Pam and Janelle; her sons-in-law, Todd Mattingly (Janelle) and Reverend Lee Kuhns (Pam); her grandsons, Karl Battin (Erin), Erik Battin, Zachary Mattingly, Joshua Mattingly and Benjamin Mattingly; and her stepgrandson Christopher Battin.
