We are sad to announce that, on March 17, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Richard Broetzmann of Kiel, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Richard leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his wife Laurie; his siblings, Bonnie Krueger and Ron Broetzmann (Jo Ann); his children, Nikki Chivas (Mike) and Mike Broetzmann (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Calvin and Florence Broetzmann. He is also survived by niece, nephew, and many friends.
Memorial donations may be made to National Audubon Society or to the Lakeshore Humane Society.
