He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph T. Meyer and Sylvia R. Meyer (Schwoerer); his in-laws, Ernest and Clara Schroeder; his siblings, Brenda Schweitzer and Terry Meyer (Beth Binash); his sister-in-law Kathy Schwoerer (Don); and his grandson Samuel Kraus.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Schroeder; his children, Julie Kraus (Bill) of Elkhart Lake, Brian Meyer (Vicki) of Kiel, Chad Meyer (Shannan) of Cedarburg and Angela Karle (Peter) of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Callah Kraus, Jake Kraus (Ruth Schroeder), Macy Turba (Aaron), Max Kraus, Carleen, Halle, Vincent Meyer, Tarryn Zerbinos (Nick), Liam, Quinn Meyer, Benjamin, Michael and Leah Karle; his great grandchildren, Finn and Killian Zerbinos; his siblings, Michael Meyer (Elizabeth), Donna Peot (Paul) and Jane Shackleton (Jeff); and his brothers-in-law, Roger Schroeder (Mary Ann) and Joel Schweitzer.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in his name.
