He is survived by: his wife Cathy Schryver; his son Eric Watkins (Samantha) of Serena, IL; his grandchildren, Ian and Allison; his daughter Leslie Stuckmann (Ty) of Saint Cloud, WI; his grandsons, Brody and Conner Woelfel of New Holstein, WI; his sister Chris Folk (Dave) of Polo, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Schryver (Karen) of Milledgeville, IL and Ann Totenhagen of Rockford, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Kiel Fire Department and Kiel Police Department.
