She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Wallace (Vanden Heuvel) and James Wallace; her husband Mel Hietpas; her brothers, Kenny Wallace (Mary), Oscar Wallace and Bill Wallace (Jeanne); her parents-in-law, Gertrude and John Hietpas; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Smith, Carla Wallace, Roger Hietpas, Nick Hietpas, Gene Verhagen, Dennis Eake and Vic Van Grinsven.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Dietzen (Ben) of Kaukauna, WI, Becky Thomas (Bill) of Madison, AL, Jeff Hietpas (Cheryl) of Unity, WI, Dan Hietpas (Diane) of Shawano, WI, Jim Hietpas (Jan) of Appleton, WI and Mike Hietpas (Anita) of Kaukauna, WI; her grandchildren, Bob Dietzen (Sarah), David Dietzen, Jon Dietzen, Amanda Dietzen, Beth Affeldt (Daniel), Brett Thomas, Bohdan Thomas, Amy Wallace (Josh), Tom Hietpas, Emily Hietpas, Ashlie Wells (Zack), Anna Hietpas (Zach), Josh Carlson (Caroline), Matt Carlson (Aly), Kinleigh Gehrman (Mavrick), Lydia Smale (Nathan), Bryce Hietpas (Natasha) and Colby Hietpas (Ashley); her siblings, Earl Wallace, Rose Verhagen, Donna Eake and Pat Van Grinsven; and her siblings-in-law, Marvin Hietpas (Imelda), Ceil Hietpas and Nancy Hietpas. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many good friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Paul Parish (410 Wallace St, Combined Locks, WI 54113). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
