He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John and Rose Mary Caravella (Balistreri); his siblings, Jeanne Emery, Rosemary Caravella and Sebastian Caravella; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Bottoni, Richard "Dick" Emery, George Hill, Robert "Budd" Hurst, Del Bowen, Barbara Caravella, Mary Hurst, Antoinette, Nina and Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Torcivia; his sons, Stephen Caravella (Kristin) and Christopher Caravella (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Alexander, Olivia, David, Samuel, Betty June, Ruby and Joe; his brothers, John Caravella (Sandy) of Sun Lakes, AZ and Tom Caravella (Mary) of Port Washington, WI; his siblings-in-law, Grace Bottoni (Peter Blissit), Pat Bowen, Diane Gagliano (Bob) and Ted Torcivia (Diane); and his friend Jan Kelling of Menomonee Falls. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
