He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Jackowski and Julia Jackowski (Kasierski); and his siblings, Longen (Angie), Eugene (Leone), Harold (Ruth) and Virginia Burns (Thomas).
He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Steve Jackowski (Sharon), Ann Czabala (Dave) and Jeff Jackowski; and his grandchildren, Sam Czabala, Meg Olson (Sam) and Eric Jackowski (Shelby).
