He is survived by: his sons, John Anthony of La Crosse, WI and James Anthony of La Crosse, WI; his sister Michelle Schleif of Camp Douglas, WI; and his stepdaughters, Nicole Fann (Chris) of Seven Springs, NC and Cassi Mulvany of Goldsboro, NC. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren.
