He was predeceased by: his father Richard "Dick" Roth; and his grandparents, Alvin, Elizabeth Gerke, Walter and Margaret Roth.
He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth "Betty" Roth (Gerke); his siblings, Patty Moe (Dan), Judy Blank (Jeff), Bob, Karla Thompson (Brad) and Mark (Julie); and his nieces and nephews, Ethan, Nora Blank, Katelyn and Taylor Thompson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
