He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Jesmer and Margaret Jesmer (Cunningham); his wife Patricia Noskowiak; and his close friend Muffin. He is survived by: his children, James Jesmer (Julie) of La Crosse, Margaret Ann Ehlers (David) of Caledonia, MN and Debra E. Parrish (Glenn) of Elroy, WI; his brother David Jesmer (Janice) of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Jamie Schansberg (Chris), Joseph Ehlers (Ann Marie), Johnathan Cleaver (Stephanie), Jenna Parrish (Matt) and Kaitlyn Parrish (Carter); and his great grandchild Preston.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
