Arthur John Fregin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur John Fregin of La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 18, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fregin and Margaret Fregin (Blum); his former wife Dawn Caspersen; and his son Robert. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Riepel (Schwaegerl); his children, Tom Fregin (Jenny) and Judy Meinertz (Mike); his stepchildren, Juli Jansen (Bob) and Joe Riepel (Gina); his grandchildren, Greg Meinertz (Becca), Nick Meinertz (Gina), Andy Fregin, Matt Fregin (Bre), Brittany Jansen, Alyssa and Ryan Riepel; his great grandchildren, Brynley, Hudson Meinertz, Eli Meinertz and Baby Fregin; and his siblings-in-law, Colleen Smith, Ralph Jonas and Eugene Preidel.
In accordance with the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church policy, "Currently masking is recommended but not required, and social distancing protocol is in place within the sanctuary".
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Gundersen La Crosse Hospice, or The American Legion.
