She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy "Happy" Franklin and Juniata Gentzkow Franklin; and her husband Mark Kolter Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lora Martinson and Andrew Meyer (Nicole); her stepchildren, Mark Kolter III (Candy) and Kymberlee Pichler (Norman); and her siblings, Bonnie and Bob (Nora). She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
