He is survived by: his daughter Chloe Miller; his parents, Greg Miller and Patti Miller; his sister Mandi Miller of Denver, CO; his grandparents, LaVern and Karen Miller of Stoddard; his uncle Jeff; his aunt Sara Miller; and his cousins, Brandon, Ashley and Chrysta.

In lieu of flowers memorials will be designated for a trust fund for Chloe.
