He was predeceased by: his father Leo Ammerman. He is survived by: his mother Marian Ammerman (Swartz); and his siblings, Diane Johnson, Judy Triplett (Dan), Linda Heilman (Gary), Lois Stoker (Karl) and Brad Ammerman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
