He was predeceased by: his parents, John Weis and Monica Weis (Esch); and his sisters, Caroline Weis and Rita Chouinard. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Molly, Betsy and Amy (Mueller); his son-in-law Nate; his sister Kathy Gillen (Howard); and his sisters-in-law, Diane Hoffman, Mary Shirley and Jane Hoffman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
