He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Parish and Marlene Parish (Sneath); and his sisters, Juley Ostrander and Rosey Parish. He is survived by: his children, Angela Kast (Eric) and Steven Parish (Kaitlyn); his friend Bonnie Ray (Dan); his siblings, Vicky Cochran (Keith), Larry Parish (Sonya) and Randy Parish; and his uncle David (Connie Hudson). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, special "aunt".
