He is survived by : his children, Lisa Cox (Joseph) of Salem, Tina Walter (Christopher) of Muncie, Indiana, Daniel Kolden of Muncie and David Arneson of Salem, Oregon; his grandchildren, Alex Rockwell, Kaylie, Destin Conway-Walter, Devon, Ariella, Noah Cox, Nicholas and Elizabeth Kolden; his great grandchild Elton Walters; his siblings, Christina Eddy, Susan Rogers, Candy Eddy, Lei Lynch and Christopher Eddy; his former life partners, Patricia Phillips (Ty) and Janice Pappenfuss; and also Dale Rockwell.
