It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris L. Thompson of La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 25, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doris L. Thompson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Thompson; and her siblings, Calverna Rhodes, Luella Bissen, Ardell Garves, Leona Knutson, Willard, Marvin and Waldemore Tauscher.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Thompson (Rita), David Thompson (Signe), Peter Thompson (Doreen), Greg Thompson (Paula), Lori Schultz (Ron), Mark Thompson (Dianne) and Steve Thompson (Kelly); her sister Marilyn Senn; and her sisters-in-law, Bonna Tauscher and Joan Mourning. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to Mayo Hospice La Crosse or Trinity Lutheran Church in La Crosse.
