Edith Phetteplace Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edith Phetteplace (La Crosse, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 3, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Edith's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Edith's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Wayne Phetteplace; her daughter Rose Marie Phetteplace; and her daughter-in-law Linda Lou Rogers. She is survived by: her children, Gordon Richard Phetteplace (Louise Phetteplace), Kim Terese Phetteplace, Thad DuWayne Phetteplace (Kirsten Carter) and Jeffrey Allen Faas; and her grandchildren, Rosalyn Marie Phetteplace, Kallen Thad Faas, Theron Scott Phetteplace, Emilia Louise Phetteplace and Jordan Jeffrey Faas. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Rendered Outside the Church. A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (4141 Mormon Coulee Rd, La Crosse, WI 54601).
