He is survived by: his children, Jerry A. and Carrie; his wife Joan; his children, Tim (Joan), Sue and Dan; his grandchildren, Jason, Phil, Sarah, Charlie, Erick and Mel; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Tristan, Elise, Ivy, Emma and Andrew; his sister-in-law Billie Guentz; his nieces, April and Holly; his nephew Matt; his brothers, Doug and John; his daughter-in-law Kathy; and his sister-in-law June Guentz.
Memorials may be directed to Crucifixion Catholic Parish to build the Daycare Faith Information Center.
