He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Kessel and Anna Kessel (Afstad); his wife Eileen; his son Randy L. Kessel; his children-in-law, Karl R. Parkes and Jonie Kessel; and his siblings, Lillian Gruhn, Donald Kessel (Bud), Alice Hummel and Francis Kessel (Butch).
He is survived by : his children, Greg Kessel (Erika), Tracy Riek (Jon), Wanda Parkes (Karl) and Callie Stanhope (Daniel). He is also survived by 27 Great Grand Children and many beloved nieces and nephews.
