We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2022, at the age of 80, Harvey P. Phillips of La Crosse, Wisconsin, born in Harrisville, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harvey P. Phillips to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Harvey Phillips and Agatha Phillips (Fox); and his brother Phillip. He is survived by : his son-in-law Bill; his wife Carole Schneider Phillips; his daughters, Carrie Buchda (Tony), Elaine Phillips Petersen (Bill), Amanda Elliott (Mike) and Sarah McIlvaine (Harry); his grandchildren, Sophia Buchda, Bryn Rouse, Emma Odiet (Ali-Al Abad), Cullen Rouse and Cricket "Rosemary" Stanley; his stepsister Ann Marie Phillips; and his pet Poppy.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Coulee Region Humane Society or the La Crosse Public Library.
