With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene M. Stahl in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 12, 2022 at the age of 100. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irene M. Stahl to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Grabhorn and Emma Grabhorn (Kendhammer); her brother Calvin Grabhorn (Mary); her sisters-in-law, Myrtle Knobloch (Robert), Mildred Johnston (Ralph) and Leona Johnson (Glenn Stahl); her son Robert Stahl; and her grandson David Stahl.
She is survived by: her brothers, Reuben Grabhorn (late Helen) and Albert Grabhorn (late Eunice); and her children, Gerald Stahl (Mary), June Daellenbach (Lawrence), Joseph Stahl (Marlene), John Stahl (Ann) and Michael Stahl (Cathie). She is also survived by her sixteen grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials can be donated to Gundersen Medical Foundation, Hospice, 1836 South Avenue, La Crosse, WI 54601 and the Stoddard American Legion Post #315, 414 Broadway St, Stoddard, WI 54658.
