It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James D. Volden of La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 16, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman Volden and Lucene Volden (Wrobel); his wife Judith K. Klos; his grandson Jason Butterfield; his sons-in-law, Michael Burgus and Michael Hafner; his brother Lucerin of Roscoe, IL.; and his nephew Michael W. Volden of Onalaska, WI..

He is survived by : his children, Roxanne Conley (Rex), Jeffery Volden (Vicky), Kimberly Volden-Burgus, Mark Volden and Michelle Hafner (Guy Summers); his grandchildren, Jon, Josh, Jeremy Hutzenbuehler, Jesse Conley (Emily), Sheena Shulze (AJ), Amy Butterfield, Michael, Colton Volden, Megan and Matthew Hafner; and his brother Donald Volden (Shirley) of La Crosse.

Memorials may be made to Mary Mother of the Church Parish, where James was a long-time member.
